This equipment is mainly used for automatic submerged arc welding of box beams,and can also be used for ship welding of H-beam after replacing the arc guide frame purchased separately.The welding arm equipped with SAW head can move horizontally and up and down on the cantilever frame,so that the welding nozzle on the head is aligned with the weld.The welding arm is provided with a mechanical arc guide device,and then the gantry frame walks in a straight line on the rail for automatic welding.The machine is equipped with automatic flux recovery and processing device.

All the guiding arc motion of the portal frame of this machine tool is automatically realized by the spring,the synchronous driving of the two sides of the portal frame is controlled by AC frequency conversion speed regulation,and the welding arm moves up & down and left & right through the mechanical driving,so as to adapt to the welding of different specifications of section steel.
