SINTERED (SUBMERGED ARC) FLUX

Onlines

Zhimaide Product Advantages

Product introduction
Sintered (submerged arc) flux is a high-quality, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly flux. Sintered flux is processed by calcining and processing the prepared wet flux at a high temperature of 750~1000°C.The flux is smokeless, odorless, arc-free and spatter-free during welding. The manufacturing process has no environmental pollution, low energy consumption, and full utilization of raw materials, and in line with the national industrial development policy.
The types of submerged arc welding flux can be divided into carbon steel, low alloy steel flux, and stainless steel flux according to the application (applicable base material). According to the production method, it can be divided into sintered flux and smelted flux.
Product use
1. With appropriate welding wire (H08A, H08MnA, H1OMn2), it can weld ordinary structural steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. It can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding and multi-wire welding, especially suitable for welding various diameter pipe.
2. With welding wires such as H08A, H08MnA and H10Mn2, it can weld low-carbon steel and some low-alloy steel (16Mn, 15MnV, etc.) structures, such as boilers, ships, and pressure vessels. It can also be used for electroslag welding and copper welding.
Matters needing attention
1. The flux must be baked at 300-350°C for 1.5-3 hours before use.
2. Rust, oil, water and other impurities should be removed from the welded parts before welding.
